We had a great experience with our driver Agus. He was communicating with us through WhatsApp and we felt super safe when we arrived at the airport . He even told us where to exchange the US money to Rúpias for a better price. On the way to the hotel he gave all the info for the surroundings and some Balinese culture. Super recommend Agus.

Service is great, their car is clean, prompt and friendly driver (Wayan Sukadana). Their rates are super competitive and they have available phone chargers, bottled water and wifi. I highly recommend them!

Very trustworthy reliable would use again

I booked a return airport transfer. Finding our pickup driver on landing was extremely easy thanks to the website map showing the pick up location and photo of himself that the driver had sent me on arrival so I knew exactly who to look for (although he also had my name on a placard as well). For our return transfer to airport, I had emailed a specific pickup point and our driver was there on time. Vehicles were clean, drivers were very friendly and were good drivers. I liked that I was able to book online and pre-pay before hand.

My driver has waited for me over an hour as there was flight delay. He was dressed in national clothes, with lovely smile. Clean car,safe ride. Recommending 100 %. Thank you

Putu picked us up at the airport at 2:00 am! Our flight had been delayed an hour and then customs was extremely backed up.Once I arrived at the airport, I connected to my Whatsapp and saw that he had sent me a text and was waiting for us, with a picture of him and the sign he was holding. Never once did I feel he was impatient for being so late. Putu's English is great... I attribute that to the fact that he worked on a cruise ship for a long time. He was very informative and just an all around nice guy. We liked him so much that we decided to book him several more times during or stay. If I had know of Putu before I arrived, I would have had him plan tours for our week there. He knows Bali and is completely trustworthy! Don't waste time looking for good drivers... whatsapp Putu at 62 821 4545 7232, tell him I sent you...... You will not be disappointed.

Our driver Yasa sent a message through What's Up to introduce himself even before we boarded our plane in Manila. I was able to inform him that our flight was 1 hour delayed before we took off. At the airport in Bali, I received an image of his location in the waiting area, together with his image holding a placard of my name. This made him easy to find in the thick crowd of drivers all waiting to meet their passengers during the busy holiday season. When I called him upon recognising him and seeing my name, he gave a huge smile. I immediately felt comfortable with him and sensed he could be trusted. We brought 2 bicycles in boxes, which I gave information about upon booking and later through direct communication with Yasa. He didn't charge extra for them, which I appreciated. Other global transport providers don't charge extra for such either, although this one says online that we may have to pay extra direct to the driver. I chose this transport provider because of the good reviews, it is local, and the quality of the responses it gives to complaints posted online. I figured that a local company is able to coordinate better with local drivers than a global one.
