    How It works

    What is and what isn’t included?

    Our rates are complete and there are no hidden costs. Included: car, driver service (10 hours daily), fuel, tax, hotel pick-up/drop-off in popular areas. Not included: Foods & Drinks, self expenses, parking, entrance tickets, show tickets (if any). Excluded area: Singaraja, Jembrana, Karangasem, Bangli. Extra Rp. 500,000 if you choose the excluded area in your itinerary.

    I am staying in different towns/hotels. Is that OK?

    We provide pick-up/drop-off at hotels in Kuta, Seminyak, Ubud, Sanur, North Nusa Dua, Jimbaran. If you require pick-up/drop-off in other areas please contact us for pricing and availability. at info@balicabtrans.com

    How do I pay?

    You may pay directly to your driver in local currency. You pay separately for each day – no need to pay for all reserved days at once! or you may also pay with PayPal or Credit card invoiced to you via email if you wish.

    Do you provide half day service?

    Yes we do offer half day tours, the rate are 70% from the full day tours price

    Could you made us customized itinerary?

    Yes we can create a customized itinerary for you

    What if I don’t like your service?

    You can simply cancel all remaining days – no fees, no problems. Feel free to use our service as long you are happy with everything!

    How can I choose tours and places to visit?

    Plan your schedule directly with the driver when you meet. You can choose from our tour programs, choose any places to visit or follow your own tour itinerary. We are OK with whatever you decide.

    Who will be my driver?

    We will assign a driver one day before your first pick-up. Don’t worry – we hire experienced & trusted drivers. All drivers speak english.

    Can you pick me up at the airport?

    Yes – you may book the airport transfer separately from our website page at https://balicabtrans.com/dps-bali-airport-transport/

    Do you provide tour on other island?

    We do offer tours and boat tickets to Gili and Nusa Penida as well
