Ngurah Rai Airport (DPS) Pickup Instruction:

The meeting point is in the front of the Flight Information Counter, by the blue direction pole outside the arrival gate. Your driver will be waiting there holding a sign with your name on it.

*IMPORTANT* Beware of other people pretend to be your driver and airport porters that offer services in the arrivals, all BaliCab drivers has BaliCab badge on them, and only ask for information to the airport personnel.

Keep your cell phone active when you arrive at Bali Airport. Bali airport has free Wi-fi that can be used. Driver will contact you via WhatsApp the day of your arrival. Driver will wait up to 90 minutes from your Flight landing time.

HOTEL PICKUP:

Driver will be at the hotel 15 minutes before pickup time requested. Some hotel security are not allowing driver to wait in the lobby and they have to wait at the parking lot. Our driver will contact you via WhatsApp, Please make sure contact us if you can’t get on hold with the driver. Driver will wait up to 30 minutes from your requested pickup time
